На примере усадьбы Штиглицев в Краморском урочище рассматривается малоизученный период образования дворянских усадеб в Ямбургском уезде. Описана методология исследования, основанная на изучении архивных, библиографических, картографических источников и натурных обследований с последующей систематизацией полученных данных. В статье изложены результаты историко-картографических и архивных изысканий, выполненных с привлечением значительного количества первоисточников, большая часть которых впервые введена в научный оборот. Определены исторические периоды формирования фабрично-жилого района «Парусинка» и дачи-усадьбы Штиглицев. Актуальность исследования обусловлена проблемами восстановления исторического облика усадебных парков, как части культурного наследия нашей страны, а также их использования в современных условиях.
The example of the Stieglitz estate in the Kramorskoye tract is used to examine a little-studied period in the formation of noble estates in the Yamburg district. The article describes the research methodology based on the study of archival, bibliographic, cartographic sources and field surveys with subsequent systematization of the obtained data. The article presents the results of historical, cartographic and archival research carried out with the involvement of a significant number of primary sources, most of which are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. The historical periods of the formation of the Parusinka factory and residential area and the Stieglitz dachaestate are determined. The relevance of the study is due to the problems of restoring the historical appearance of estate parks, as part of the cultural heritage of our country, as well as their use in modern conditions.
